About the Journal

Vehicle and Electronics. Innovative Technologies is a peer-reviewed open access scientific journal of Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University.

The journal publishes the results of contemporary theoretical and applied research in the fields of automotive electronics, electric transport, hybrid and electric vehicles, vehicle energy systems, transport technologies, technical diagnostics, information technologies, and intelligent transport systems. The journal’s thematic scope also includes mechatronics, ergonomics, logistics, environmental aspects of transport, and the teaching of specialized disciplines in higher education institutions.

The aim of the journal is to disseminate relevant scientific research results, publish original research and review papers, and promote scientific exchange among researchers, academic staff, higher education students, and industry professionals.

The journal is published twice a year, accepts papers in Ukrainian and English, and provides free open access to all publications.

The journal is included in the Category B List of Professional Scientific Publications of Ukraine. Its current professional status remains valid until 1 June 2026. A re-accreditation application has been submitted to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine under the new Procedure for forming the List of Professional Scientific Publications of Ukraine within the cluster “Safe, Clean Energy and Energy Efficiency”.
